Commerce and Technology 2004
For
the fifth consecutive year 2004
has seen online sales by Canadian companies and government
departments grow substantially. Combined private and
public sector online sales increased 49.7% to $28.3 billion.
Online sales by private firms increased 45.5% to $26.4 billion,
while those by the public sector more than doubled to $1.9 billion. Statistic
